By making my booking I confirm that:

I am in a sound mind and body and I am not aware of anything that suggests I should not participate in the Festival.

I accept that I am responsible for my own health and well-being.
- I am aware that usage of any drugs and alcohol is strictly prohibited during the festival. Smoking is permitted only outside of the festival territory.
- I am aware that during the Festival there will be a person (assigned by the Festival team) taking professional pictures and video. I agree that these pictures will be used for promotional purposes only.
- I am aware that if I don’t want any pictures or video of me published, it is my responsibility to communicate that with the Festival organizers and the photographer and my request will be taken into account.
- I am aware that if for any reason I can not attend the Festival after I have booked the ticket, the deposit is non-refundable. The Pre-Sale and Early Bird tickets are non-refundable but you may change the name of the ticket holder and inform the organizers of the new ticket holder’s name no later than 4 days before the start of the festival.
