I have been dancing since I was 3 years old and still at 45 movement is the closest way to meet myself.
For the past 19 years, it has been yoga, which is a wonderful set of practical tools that intelligently, gradually and non-violently strengthens the body and spirit, reminding us of who we really are.
Presence, loving-kindness, balance, self-truth, courageously following the voice of the heart are the cornerstones on which to rest on the path to self-discovery.
In my lessons, I pay special attention to breathing techniques, the correct execution of poses and the joy of playing.
