In my daily life, I work professionally in arboriculture and gardening, but in my free time, I’m passionate about playing drums and percussion. I play drums in the instrumental rock band “Druhumurs” and take part in various exciting musical events, including being involved in the New Moon Festival from the very beginning!

During my workshop, we will connect and build unity by exploring different percussion rhythms and sounds. We will also learn to improvise and listen to one another, communicating musically through various rhythmic elements and body language. The main goal of the session is to cultivate trust in ourselves and each other, as well as to release everyday stress and intrusive thoughts - restoring our connection with ourselves and our inner essence.
